Easter Sunday

 Surrexit Christus.  Alleluia!

My thanks to servers and especially those with the musical ability who worked flat out to provide such fitting music for the Great Week.

Some images from Missa Cantata this morning.

The sanctuary after the Vigil last night.

The High Altar - not that there's another one!

Detail of the wonderful Easter vestment

And finally,  preparation this afternoon for the other paschal lamb
- hopefully, not a burnt offering.

How lovely the church looks. Congrats to all for the honour you have given to Our Lord. It seems the right day to thank you for your blog. In times of flux it provides a much-needed grounding.
(By the way, I hope the cat is not your paschal lamb.)
A Happy and Blessed Easter to you. Surrexit Christus. Alleluia, alleluia!

Father,
The Easter celebrations have been beautiful and uplifting as always. I always marvel at the obvious effort which goes in, not only on special occasions but every Sunday. The altar, flowers, candles, incense, vestments, servers, the music and singing are all perfect. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and devoted Parish Priest. Thank you

Great apron, Fr Henry.

Do you have a spare one for us?

How very beautiful Father. And too, how uplifting to go to Mass in your church.

Echo everyone's comments.

Aw. You've got a kitty!
