Sixteenth Sunday of the Year

The Last Judgement by Giotto’s in the Scrovegni Chapel (1307).

The Gospel tells of the wheat and the tares growing together until the harvest.
It is a parable about the Last Judgement.
All seems sunny in the field until until the harvest is taken!
